Sushi Uozen is located in the east, nestled within Changi Business Park. We were previously known as Sushi Zanmai by Fresharvest. The no-frills casual Japanese Shoduku prides itself serving great tasting Japanese cuisines at very affordable prices.
All of our sauces are concocted in-house, every Sushi and Maki hand crafted, variety of fresh Sashimi and lovingly braised Charshu belly so tender……...it melts in your mouth.
